As the founder of www.hiphoplive.ro since 2005, he established a crucial platform for the promotion and documentation of hip-hop culture, cementing his status as an authoritative voice in the domain.

His experience was also solidified in his role as manager at the emblematic Kruhnen Musik Halle club, where for seven years he orchestrated countless events, managing all aspects, from booking and logistics to promotion. This position offered him a unique perspective on the dynamics of the music industry and allowed him to develop an extensive network of contacts.

Expertise in event organization is underpinned by concrete collaborations with numerous renowned artists, both from the international and local scenes. Names like Smoke Purpp, Lady Leshurr, General Levy, ONYX, British radio legend Tim Westwood (BBC One Xtra), the influential Skepta and Robbo Ranx, Lil Pump, alongside pillars of Romanian hip-hop such as Puya and Spike, as well as high-caliber artists from the electronic scene like DJ Fresh, demonstrate his versatility and ability to connect diverse musical worlds.

This unique combination of a talented DJ, influential media platform founder, and experienced club manager transforms DJ Lexi into an essential driving force behind the Bad and Boujee project. Ovidiu Aioanei, known by his stage name DJ Oldskull, is an emblematic figure in Romanian hip-hop culture, with a DJ career that began in 2005 and continues to inspire and energize audiences.

A defining moment in his journey was joining the influential Okapi Sound collective in 2009, a move that solidified his position at the epicenter of the local hip-hop scene. However, perhaps the most notable stage of his career is his role as the official DJ for one of the most beloved and respected Romanian hip-hop artists, Guess Who. This close collaboration has taken Oldskull to the stages of countless major concerts and festivals, exposing him to vast and diverse audiences.

His experience isn't limited to large-scale events; it covers a wide spectrum, from effervescent public parties to exclusive private events, demonstrating his musical adaptability and versatility.
